Two-to-Grow: The ABM Membership Drive
Doubling Our Collective Power Through Trusted Introductions
1. Purpose
Two-to-Grow invites every ABMer to strengthen the ABM Community by making two warm introductions to value-aligned companies in their network.
ABM is a stronghold for honest, uncensored dialogue about business, money, and their impacts on relationships, culture, and the planet. Two-to-Grow is a stewardship initiative, enabling ABMers to shape the community intentionally.
When an introduction becomes an ABMer, we:
Double our community
Double our opportunities
Double our momentum
2. Who We Are Looking For
ABM is looking for decision-makers who:
Participate in ABM as part of their ongoing commitment to developing critical perspectives that allow them to work effectively and knowledgeably in “Indigenous spaces,” strengthening them as both professionals and human beings.
Are excited about engaging with all Members as an opportunity to develop increasingly sophisticated business practices rooted in a deep understanding of the histories, relationships, and responsibilities that shape how we operate on traditional territories.
Understand that ABM is NOT the right place for companies that see Indigenous governments and development corporations as business development targets.
ABM stands apart because we embody:
Demonstrated respect for Indigenous sophistication and a willingness to learn from it
Peer mentorship, collective learning, and collective action
Investment in each other’s well-being
Uncensored dialogue
Transparency, relational clarity, and accountability
Love
Introducing decision-makers who share these values expands an ecosystem that supports communities and ABM’s vision of prosperous people on a livable planet.

Rooted in Indigenous sophistication, we are a community of decision-makers who foster collaborations for a livable planet. Together, we cultivate opportunities for learning, business, dialogue, partnership, personal growth, and friendship.
Being part of ABM is a rewarding experience. ABM is more than a business network. It's a thriving, invitation-only community of people committed to positive social, environmental, and economic impact.
ABM stands apart because its members embody:
Demonstrated respect for Indigenous sophistication and a willingness to learn from it
Peer mentorship, collective learning, and collective action

Love
As we engage with each other, we develop critical perspectives and increasingly sophisticated business practices that support ABM's vision of prosperous people on a livable planet.
I am personally inviting you because I see the potential in what you bring to the table. Only current members can extend invitations, and I believe you would be a valuable addition to this space.
I am copying [Katrin Harry or Raygan Solotki] with ABM, to move this forward with you.
Thank you!
