ABM’s strength grows through the relationships among its Members.
Through regular online participation and ongoing dialogue, Members come to know one another beyond their work, sharing experiences, perspectives and the things that matter to them. These relationships build trust and open possibilities for learning, collaboration, business, personal growth and friendship.
The Annual Community Gathering in Tla’amin Territory brings Members together in person to deepen these connections.
Your commitment begins with two hours a month. The more you participate, the more you and the Community gain.

Online Connectors
ABM’s Online Connectors establish a consistent rhythm of participation that creates new connections and allows existing relationships to evolve.
Connectors take place weekly. Most Members participate in at least one two-hour Connector each month where they schedule up to five 20-minute meetings with other ABM Members and guests. ABM facilitates introductions informed by detailed knowledge about each participant’s work, experience and priorities.
Members respond promptly to meeting requests, block appointment slots to condense their schedule as needed, and make themselves available for the conversations they accept.
ABM Spheres
ABM Spheres focus the Community’s collective capacity. ABM Members combine experience, resources, relationships, and ideas to create possibilities together.
